ISSUE:
I requested a password reset on the TradeSmith Finance site, however, I have not received the email with instructions to reset my password.
RESET PROCESS:
Go to TradeSmith Finance and click the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
Make sure that the email address you entered after clicking forgot password is the same email address that you use to log into TradeSmith Finance.
After you click Send, an email will be sent to you. The email you receive will be from TradeSmith and the subject of the email will be Manage Password Request.
Once you open the email, click the Manage Password link.
You will be directed to a site where you can enter and confirm your new password.
Then go to TradeSmith Finance and log in using your email address and your new password.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS:
If you request a password reset email following the above steps and you can not find the email in your inbox, please try the below steps.
- Check your junk and/or spam folders to see if the email was filtered into one of these folders. You can also search all folders for Manage Password to locate the email.
- If you still can not locate the email, please whitelist our address and then try requesting the password reset again.
